Kybella - Nurse

Kybella is a nonsurgical treatment and the first FDA-approved injectable for double chins or moderate to severe fat deposits under the chin. Chin fat is difficult to treat even with proper diet and exercise. It is possible to have a double chin even if the person is not overweight. The active ingredient in Kybella is synthetic deoxycholic acid which is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. Recommended treatment: 2-3 vials per treatment, requiring 2-3 treatments, depending on severity, area, age, and goals.
